Events
Your organisation and demo event live in the organiser console. Open an event to set dates, venue, categories and shop copy.

Tickets & categories
Each ticket type is a category (GA, guest, staff, crew). Badge colour, check-in email and wallet skin follow the category.

Scan API
The demo Scan key is a check-in supervisor API key. Use it from the door app or POST /admin/api/check-in/…. Get the key from Device keys on your Account page.

Sponsor API
The demo Sponsor key drives lead capture at the stand. Scan an attendee QR, qualify hot/warm/cold, export later. Key is in the same email.
